The project promotes the demonstration and implementation of 3 new methods: Passive Solar Green House (PSGH), bioclimatic cellar, water management / soil conservation package. They will become property owners as they are developed and local stakeholders (Resources and direct beneficiaries) will be trained to be used to make skills available to communities.It is designed based on food safety analysis including literature reviews, inspections with local and departmental authorities, as well as targeted groups using a participatory approach.This initiative supports small and medium-sized agricultural production (5 hectares) for commercial use in local, informal and legal markets.The new methods will increase the availability and quality of vegetables as they will increase the growing season (with PSGH) and the quality of storage. They are less expensive (based on local materials and local investment potential) and less advanced technology (upgrading of existing tools).
