I would like to build a set of API's and linked AI bots that can be turned on during an emergency, by an emergency responder, to read through their email and pull out keywords that are important, and connect to others in your social network (and extended networks) to come up with inferences about what information should be shared.
This would work the way that Gmail already pulls key words and semantic threads from users emails and makes connections - so it would run off existing API's and codebases - but the new aspect to this project would be that it can be turned on by emergency responders and quickly create sharable information networks.
Right now information in emergencies takes too long to share. Everyone has their own spreadsheet and format. Much of the information is proprietary. Various organizations and governments have their own acronyms and codewords which don't resolve into a common understanding of the situation. Additionally, language is an issue.
Smart Auto-Bots for Email Munging in Emergencies (SABEMEs) will be platform independent, open AI-based actors which can fundamentally change emergency information workflow.
